For providers: get listed on How to UK
How to UK compares telecom, banking, insurance and energy providers for people moving to and living in the UK. If your company is missing, is listed with outdated facts, or you want to work with us, this page explains how inclusion, ranking and paid placements work.
How does a provider get included?
Inclusion is free. We list providers that residents of the UK can sign up to, with prices and terms published on the provider's own site.
Send us a correction or a missing provider with a link to the source, and we check it against that source before anything changes.
How are providers ranked?
Each comparison page prints the criteria it ranks by: price, contract terms, coverage or service, and what readers report.
Payment never changes a position, a score or a review. A provider cannot buy its way up a ranking or out of a criticism.
How are paid links and placements labelled?
Every paid link and every paid placement is labelled on the page where it appears. Affiliate links are marked as sponsored, and featured listings sit outside the ranking under a visible "Paid listing" label.
For credit, insurance and investment products we only agree arrangements that fit the licence rules in the reader's country.
What can we work on together?
Listing or correction (free)
Add your company or fix a fact. We need the public source for every figure.
Affiliate partnership
A commission per customer through a network such as impact.com, Awin or financeAds, or a direct program.
Featured listing
A labelled placement next to the ranking, never inside it. It does not change positions or scores.
Sponsorship
Support a guide or tool, credited as "Sponsored by". Editorial content stays independent.
